Good question - I'm sure there are some companies out there that have made a quick buck out of launching a product with no strategy or direction. But approaching business like this is a huge gamble don't you think. Like shooting in the dark?

Having a formal marketing plan in place will increase your chances of success and longevity - as good marketing removes as many risks as possible bringing about the best return!

"New year..new start…" bet you haven't heard that one before??!!

Okay okay..... it's only 3 days in and we’re all sick of hearing it... “it's a new year, so time for a new start”. From diets to business practices – anyone offering a service or a product seems to be latching onto the “new year bandwagon”!!

We  do of course agree that reviewing and planning is vital for a business to survive and grow. You must measure, reflect and put in the right changes to gain the best results in your sales and marketing.  But it really shouldn’t just be saved for the new year!!
